  I hopped in my car earlier today after an appointment only to discover it wouldn’t start. Long story short, I contacted Troy and within a few minutes I had everything I needed to get it towed. Through the entire process, every person I spoke to along the way, from Troy’s assistant Brittany to Giselle who assisted (from the 800 National number), to the guys who towed the car, I was treated with great care. The customer service was outstanding, and that’s rare these days. Troy has been our insurance agent for many years. He knows the business and is clearly committed to providing his clients with top notch service. Yes, I’m happy with his service. Yes, I’m happy with Farmers and Yes, I recommend Troy. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better agent or better service.
