  The art and ability to offer customer service is seriously lacking in this location. Andrew P is a great clerk who clearly works hard while the bankers sit around not even acknowledging customers as they patiently wait in line while one poor guy busts his butt helping everyone. Team work obviously isn't a thing here. I don't care if bankers and clerks have different titles or responsibilities. Say hello to your customers, thank them for waiting. Leaning on each others cubicle walls shows how little care they have. Definitely not a location I will go back to if I need help from a banker. Thank your Andre P for working hard, thanking me for waiting and being a hard worker while your co workers sit around chatting.
